Jai's Cinema
and Astray Productions
have teamed up to produce a new short film entitled Anthony Samuels.
Directed by, Calvin
Jamison and produced by Joe Carabeo, Hannah
Hoover and Calvin Jamison. This film will be premiering at the Byrd Theatre

On April 18 -20, Curls
Studio had a booth at the New York Comic Con. In New York Carolyn
Belefski and Joe Carabeo unveiled the newest issue of Kid Roxy: The
Mystery of the Bouncing Ball. Joe Carabeo produced a short film on
the con which can be viewed below.

• Astray Production has been hard at
work for the past few months producing on-line content for RVAtv in the
form of a live music program called HouseShow. This show was created
and is being produced by Joe Carabeo. HouseShow is being branded
as a Crash Tv/ Documentary/ Concert Film fusion. New
episodes can be view on the RVAtv site

Here are a few production stills of the new Astray Productions
short film, Life is Short(Actual title is in
french) this film is produced by Joe Carabeo and directed by Sallie Keena.
• The
very first episode of Cinemaphiles, a program presented by VCU -TV/HD, documented
the very first premire of The Madcap Three in Richmond, Va in 2006.
This episode followed Joe Carabeo before and after the show as he shared
his thoughts and feelings on the happenings.
Saturday,
January 19, 2008 • Director, Sallie Keena and Joe Carabeo, have teamed
up yet again in the creation of Sallie's new short film. The film entitled,
Life is Short, is about a girl having trouble deciding
whether she should text her school girl crush or not. This film has been
finshed and packaged to be sent out to future film festivals.

Magic Tales books, The Hit List and Exclusive Interview.

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT • Double Feature Premeire will be held on Sunday, March
11, 2007 at the Cinema Arts Theatre
in Fairfax, Virginia. The show starts at 7 pm and the tickets are 9 dollars
each.
This event marks the first time that Natural
Science Productions, Todd Raviotta and Astray/Broken Glass Productions,
Joe Carabeo and Brian Sarvis, will be screening their featurettes together
in one big event.
